The Baruch College Bearcats stunned the Lightning of Lehman College early and jumped out to a convincing 45-15 lead en route to winning on Bearcat Appreciation Day in the ARC Arena.
The Bearcats shot 52 percent (16-for-31) in the first half and forced Lehman to miss 27 of their first 33 shots en route to the big rout at home.
The lead in the second half grew to as much as 68-28 as the victory helps the Bearcats jump into second place in the CUNYAC standings.
Sean Donnellan led the way in scoring with 17 points and eight assists.
Prior to the game, the team honored four-year student-athletes Allen Villar, George Smyth, Jr., D'Andre Gibbs, and Benjamin Boateng for playing in their final regular-season home game
The Bearcats will finish their regular-season schedule on Tuesday night at the College of Staten Island.
