Seniors put MSOE men's basketball on top against Concordia-Chicago

The Raiders' two seniors led the way on Senior Day as MSOE beat Concordia-Chicago 68-60 Saturday at the Kern Center. Senior guard Bennett Deacon had 19 points while senior forward Austin Meier put in 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds against the Cougars. The victory gives the Raiders 11 NAC wins this year which surpasses the team's total from last year with one regular season game left.

The other MSOE player in double figures was junior guard Oren Bloom who contributed 12 points. Leading the way for the Raiders' bench was junior guard Robert Linzmeier who put in eight points. MSOE turned the ball just seven times and was 25-32 from the free throw line.

The Raiders (17-6, 11-4 NAC) play their final game of the regular season Tuesday on the road against Dominican at 7 p.m.
