The first public NCAA Division III regional rankings are not really rankings at all. They are an alphabetical listing of the teams the NCAA Division III women's basketball committee considers the top teams in each region, of which there are now 10, as a reminder. The first real ranking will be seen next week. There is also one final set of regional rankings, which is released after the tournament bracket is revealed.
