The dates for the 2008 Collegiate Basketball Invitational will be April 24-26, with the NABC Tip Off Banquet on Wednesday, April 23.
“We are obviously excited to be back in Wadsworth for the next three years,” said CBI Founder John McCarthy. “The leadership in the City of Wadsworth has been extremely supportive of our efforts and we are truly proud of our relationship with ESPNU. As planned, the CBI and ESPNU are growing up together and this is a good fit for both sides.”
On April 23, each team will have practice and will take part in a community involvement project prior to attending the NABC Tip Off Banquet. On Saturday afternoon, the CBI will host a coaches clinic, hold practices for the All-Star teams and host player activities. Game time for the All-Star Game is to be announced.
