Drew Miller, an assistant coach at Trinity (Texas) the past three seasons, has been named the next head coach for Schreiner's men's basketball program. Miller replaces Thiman Dimery who coached the Mountaineers since the 2001-02 season.
Before coaching at Trinity under Pat Cunningham, Miller worked as an assistant coach at Southwestern. He also served as Lynchburg's head coach in 2002-2003, a 6-19 season for the Hornets. As a player at Kenyon, Miller was a four-year starter and helped the Lords win 47 games and reach the NCAA tournament his last two years. He is second in career three-point shooting percentage at Kenyon (.423).
Schreiner went 6-17, 6-15 in the ASC this past season.
