UW-Platteville announced Saturday, March 8, that the contract of men's basketball coach Todd Landrum will not be extended beyond the current academic year.

"We appreciate the four years that Todd has put in with the program, but we felt it was time to move in a different direction," athletic director Mark Molesworth said.

Landrum, who replaced Bo Ryan as head coach prior to the 1999-2000 season, went 58-45 in four seasons.

A national search will begin immediately for a new coach.
